Bought this years ago, promises FULL LIFETIME updates, wrong, when they have your money you never get the updates, I have asked 4-5 times now for the updates with no reply.
Have used this program for several years, & have always been pleased with it. Bought a new computer, so I upgraded to the 2016 version. I have many new disks that are not yet in the database, so I spent 2 days hand cataloging nearly 600 songs. Now I am unable to print my updated pages...it will only print the 1st 1 1/2 pages of the songs list, & only 10 lines of artists list. Unable to find a solution in their "help" pages. Never had a single problem with the 2014 version. I'm not a very happy camper at the moment!!!
I spent $50 on this program. It ran for over 2 1/2 weeks on my hard drive, and never finished creating a song list. I finally spent a day and a half making list after list after list, knowing the software claimed that it would merge the lists. It refused to do so, and when I contacted Airwer, they e-mailed back and forth a few times, then just quit responding and kept my $50. Lousy software that doesn't do anything, it claims to do. Zero support or accountability.
Good software! I would love to see an import SCV data option and create a unique songbook for any karaoke system including hard disk based systems but that is not the purpose of this program so it's ok. Good songbook creation software for anybody with a large karaoke CD collection.
There are several Karaoke Song Book creators and this is the best by far.
